Summary:
Assist the Project Controls and planning manager in the development and maintenance of an Integrated
resource-loaded Project Schedule by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones and associate interdependencies across the project. Other responsibilities include developing schedule reports and report out on status of schedule, assisting with support of baseline reviews from internal and external agencies, and assisting in Earned Value Management (EVM) project reporting.
Responsibilities:

  • Strong working knowledge and proven experience in project scheduling
  • Ability to manage complex engineering, fabrication, implementation , and testing schedule tasks in a team environment
  • Input schedule, status and maintain project schedules and provide timely reports to management
  • Support project change control and associated schedules
  • Experience with DOE 0 413.3B procedures a plus
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Primavera P6
  • Demonstrated teaming skills, including the ability to work effectively with peers, other
  • organizations, project sponsors, program stakeholders, and suppliers

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor degree with five years or more experience in project management.
