Work Description: In this newly created role, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Analyst will partner with key stakeholders across the organization including KUB’s Executive Leadership to develop and execute diversity, equity and inclusion strategies that align with KUB’s Blueprint and objectives. This individual will be responsible for the creation of short and long term diversity and inclusion goals, educational programs and initiatives focused on creating an inclusive work environment, and identifying measures of success that inform decision making. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for partnering with and leading consulting engagements and serve as a resource and support for topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Responsibilities include assessing and communicating industry trends to recommend best practices; establishing and maintaining relationships with key organizations, associations, and networks to support KUB’s DEI strategy; and building and fostering relationships with internal partners. Other responsibilities include collaborating with recruiters to develop and implement DEI outreach, hiring, and partnerships; participating in career fairs, conferences, and professional or community functions; collaborating with the Communications department to develop DEI related communication and collaborating with Community Relations and Procurement in support of DEI initiatives. Minimum Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field
• One (1) to three (3) years experience in related field
• Ability to work with confidential information and exercise discretion
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license
Physical Demands: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Preferred Qualifications
• Three (3) to (5) years of demonstrated experience in driving organizational change to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion
• Experience facilitating education and training around sensitive and inclusion related topics
• Developing relationships with stakeholders and leading by influence
• Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing, and managing reports and metrics
• Strong computer skills and query skills, including experience with Human Resources Information Management System(s)
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines in a timely manner
• Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees and management
• Excellent customer service skills
