Job Summary

- Associate Degree required in a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 7 years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field from an accredited institution
- Banner and Jaggaer experience
- Experience in higher education
- Experience with grant administration and reporting
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Strategic Impact Coordinator

Must have strong interpersonal skills, pleasant demeanor, and professionalism with coworkers, students, and the public

Assist in monitoring budgets

Display a high level of effort, dedication, and commitment toward executive-level work; operate utilizing the efficient and organizational structure while demonstrating trustworthiness and responsible behavior.

Assist with preparing executive-level agency reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word daily, monthly, and quarterly.

Internal audit and risk management for cash reconciliation.

Assist in structuring internal Standard Operating Procedures for the College to align with TBR policy.

Complete and keep a record of TBR contracts.

Perform general office duties: Type, proof, and generate correspondence, reports, tables, charts, academic manuscripts, brochures, procedures, and other business material as needed.

Assist with institutional and programmatic accreditation.

Assist with special projects, including development and tracking.

Records management to stay in compliance with state guidelines on file retention.

All other duties as assigned. - (Essential)
Skills
Work is recurring in nature but is not repetitive. May include special projects as well as assignments with multiple steps and varying guidelines. Assignments may require independent research of relevant information and discernment regarding what is important.
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong abilities in multi-tasking, customer service, interpersonal skills, and organization
- Ability to design and maintain record-keeping systems, both digital and analog
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, contracts, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
- Must possess the communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary to effectively interact with the public and employees at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment
