Announcing 2025 HESI Exam Dates at TCAT Knoxville

Interested in potential starting your Allied Health career at TCAT Knoxville?

Well, we have great news about our upcoming HESI Exam schedule for the 2025 year!

Taking and passing the HESI exam is one of the prerequisites for entry into three of our Allied Health programs at TCAT Knoxville: Dental Assisting, Practical Nursing, or Surgical Technology.

In order to make it easier for you to get the exam scores in before the application deadline, we offer a proctored HESI exam at our main campus on a first come, first serve basis.

Preparing to Take the HESI at TCAT Knoxville

Bring your photo ID, an accessible email address, and payment for the class ($40 payment can be cash or credit).
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early on the exam day in order to reserve your spot. Seating is limited for each exam.
First, report to the Business Office on the first floor of the Division Street building (3435 Division Street Knoxville TN) to pay the $40 testing fee.
Next, report to the Testing Center to prepare for the start of the exam.
Do not bring in outside calculators.
If you are in need of accomodations, please contact the Student Services department at TCAT Knoxville at least two weeks befor the exam date. Supporting documentation for the requested accomodation is required.
