Description
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Relocation Assistant to assist in the daily operations of an Affordable Housing Apartment Community in Lenoir City, TN. This position will be a 20 hour per week position with hours from either 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm. This assignment is scheduled to last from November 2018 until August 2019. LHP is a Top 50 Affordable Property Management company. The culture at LHP supports our mission to provide quality homes for our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities
Packing and unpacking of apartment contents.
Relocating boxes and furniture within an apartment unit.
Reporting of any issues with resident contents to property management team.
Reporting of all incidents of LHP cleanliness standards not being met by outside contractors in an apartment unit.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to be on their feet for long periods of time,
Ability to stretch and/or reach for long periods of time throughout the day.
Personable and trustworthy.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Willingness to work as a team member.
