Job title:           Production Associate

Shift(s):           1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Reports to:      Production Assistant Manager

Classification:  Hourly, non-exempt

At Innovate Manufacturing, Inc., we manufacture a variety of plastic consumer goods, such as hydration bottles for Gatorade and plastic kitchen products for The Pampered Chef .  We started our operations here in Knoxville one year ago, although the Innovate brand has been in existence since 2005.  We offer a clean, climate-controlled environment, good benefits, and a fun culture.  Our team is small, and growing.  COME GROW WITH US!

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure plastic injection molded and blow molded parts meet quality standards.
• Perform secondary operations to molded parts as required.
• Package and palletize production parts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year manufacturing experience
• Plastics experience preferred
