MIG Welder

Reports to: Metal Fabrication Department Supervisor

Summary:

Must be familiar with and capable of using MIG welding equipment to perform high volume production welding tasks.  Will be required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervisor deems necessary.

Job Duties:

Production MIG Welder

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in steel MIG welding and pass a welding test

Must have basic steel fabrication skills (saw, drill, punch, etc)

Must have basic welding tools, welding shield, hammer, chisel, tape measure, 12” adjustable wrench

Able to read a tape measure

Able to identify and measure material

Able to work independently in the absence of supervision

Wage:Depends on experience
