Duties and characteristics such as: Assessing patient needs, assisting providers, documentation of all vital signs and procedures performed: venipunctures, finger sticks, injections, including pediatric immunizations. Working in a timely efficient manner.  Assist in surgical procedures, as well as dressing wounds, suture removal, and staple removal. Ability to work with other as a team and positive attitude as well as being able to work independently and willing to acquire new skills when approached.

Current and valid LPN licensure.  Current and valid CPR certification.  CME as required by the State Board or Nursing.  All indicated requirements are the responsibility or the LPN.
